Member Ship Fees & Criteria
At present our yearly fees is Rs.9000/-, increment by 10% every year as per the last prevailing fees.
One time entry fee to Rs.20000/- which is non-refundable.
Criteria
Minimum two current member have to propose a new member.
Board will scrutinize the new proposal and after no-objection of all, then only that new member proposal will approved. New member should be having minimum 3 years of experience in real estate business.
Moreover membership is only open once in a year in the first fortnight of December when new membership proposal are accepted.
For better management any member who doesn't pay the fee by 31st Jan, his/her name is automotically removed from the association.
